Does anybody know a fried corn on the cobb recipe? - corn on the cobb masterbation
I tried some at a restaurant in Oregon a year ago and are looking for a recipe ever since. It would be great to have during the summer.

Bacon corn
The amazing taste with bacon, roasted corn and chili powder is combined sure to make your palate and very good reviews for your next barbecue in the yard.
8 large ears of corn, shells removed
8 slices bacon
2 tablespoons chili powder
Wrap each ear of corn with a slice of bacon, place each in a piece of heavy foil. The whole thing with chili powder. Wrap securely, twisting ends to make handles for turning.
Grill, uncovered, over medium heat until soft for 20 minutes or until corn and bacon cooked through, turning once.
Yield: 8 servings.

Y - roasted corn with peppers
The corn is roasted, packed with peppers and roasted red pepper and butter.
4 to 6 ears of fresh corn
Butter, melted
1 / 3 cup diced bell peppers or roasted peppers
GROand black pepper to taste
Peel and remove silk from corn. Place each ear of corn on a sturdy piece of foil, then with the brush with melted butter. The whole thing with 2 to 3 tablespoons of red pepper on each ear. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper.
The role of the corn and wrap around each finals. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serves 4 to to 6.

Mass roasted corn on the cob
Ingredients:
Peanut oil or other oil --
Fresh or thawed frozen corn-on-cob, broken or cut into two
*** *** Batter
Butter 1 / 2 cup
2 eggs beaten
1 / 2 cup flour - enough to make a thick paste
*** *** Coating
More 1 / 2 cup (or more if needed), flour of cars
1 / 2 teaspoon garlic powder or Garlic Magic (see note)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 8 c. Tea black pepper
Instructions:
Deep in a deep fryer or heavy Dutch oven or other peanut oil to 375 degrees F. In a deep fryer oil or heavy frying pan, heat peanut oil to 375 F. Make a batter by combining flour, buttermilk and beaten egg (s). Flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl or pan and set aside. Turnout coat the ears of corn on the cob in the corn flour to. Roll in flour mixture. With tongs, remove, slowly a few ears of corn in hot oil, 1 at the time. Sauté about 3 minutes per ear, or until they are brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sweet cornRS at each end and courts of maize (heat if any). Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
