Using a balance ball as a chair? - balance ball chair
I've heard about strengthening the balance with a bullet as President of the muscles. I'm sitting on my desk right now I'm not sure if he was really something for me. Has anyone been tested and found? Or is this kind of meaning?

Even if you sit on a regular chair with good posture (keep your back straight and stomach in the chest) to develop the core muscles. So, if what you are doing on a balance ball, to do something for you. . Respect

Seriously, it makes no sense if you use the muscles in balance.
